Ace Two Three (Ace, 2,3)  is a pure sequence and a lot of people don’t understand that Ace can be used with both 2 and 3  or  King and Queen. 

Ace is the only card in Rummy which can be used with High & Low cards, however the value of this card is always 10 points, so be very careful if you are keeping an Ace in your unused cards.
